S.F. Express has become aware of a storefront located at 1E18-4675 Steeles Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, M1V 4S4 bearing S.F. Express banners and logos and purporting to sell S.F. Express services. Please be advised that this storefront is not affiliated in any way with S.F. Express; is not authorized to use S.F. Express banners, logos, or trademarks for any purpose; and is not selling S.F. Express’ services. Please be further advised that the individual associated with the storefront, Huisheng “Jason” Li/Lee, is not affiliated with S.F. Express. Because S.F. Express does not provide any authorized reseller services at this storefront, it cannot be responsible for any issues resulting from services purchased at this storefront. SF is taking action to hold said store and its owner, Huisheng “Jason” Li/Lee, accountable for the unauthorized and illegal use of S.F. banners, logos and trademarks.
