International Oversize and Overweight Shipping
Service Introduction

The Oversize and Overweight Shipping value-added service is designed for customers who possess a need to send oversize and/or overweight shipments from China to the United States. SF Express will charge appropriate fees in order to ensure that it can allocate resources accordingly, as well as ensure that shipments can reach their respective destinations safely and on time.

Fees
Overweight and oversize shipments are charged by two levels.
1. Level-1 overweight and oversize surcharge: For overweight and oversize shipments in compliance with level-1 charging standards, a fixed surcharge of CNY260 will be collected for each shipment.
For overweight and oversize shipments of multi-piece shipments with one waybill, collect surcharges only for shipments that meet the overweight and oversize surcharge standards.

300 cm < Length + 2 × (Height + Width) ≤ 400 cm,
And, longest side ≤ 274 cm

Actual weight of a single shipment≤70kg.

If Actual weight of a single shipment > 70 kg,the Shipments with a weight out of the pickup/delivery standards of SF Standard Express (International) will not be picked up/delivered.
SF Economy Express (International) From Chinese Mainland to the US The size of a single shipment meets the following criteria:
200 cm < Length ≤ 250 cm
And 80 cm < Width ≤ 150 cm,
And 70 cm < Height ≤ 150 cm		 Actual weight of a single shipment≤68kg.
If Actual weight of a single shipment > 68kg,directly refer to level-2 standards. The specific surcharge is subject to each case.
From Chinese Mainland to Canada Level-1 standards are not applicable.
If shipment overstep "SF Economy Express (International) " Posting sdandards, should directly refer to level-2 standards. The specific surcharge is subject to each case.

 

2. Level-2 overweight and oversize surcharge: For overweight and oversize shipments in compliance with level-2 charging standards, the surcharge will be collected subject to each case. No fixed rate is set.

SF Economy Express (International) From Chinese Mainland to US The size of a single shipment meets the following criteria:
Length > 250 cm,
Or width > 150 cm,

From Chinese Mainland to Canada The size of a single shipment meets the following criteria:
Length + 2 × (Height + Width) > 365 cm,
Or the longest side > 244 cm		 Actual weight of a single shipment > 30 kg

Note 1: A single shipment refers to a consignment that is packaged independently and cannot be split into multiple packages.
Note 2: For surcharge standards for flow directions or products that are not covered in the preceding tables, see the weight and size restrictions for a single shipment in the International Shipment Operations Guidelines. Shipments with a weight or size out of the restrictions will not be picked up/delivered.
