Storage Fee Notice for Shipping Personal Luggage to China

    Thank you for using SF Express.

    For shipping personal luggage to the Chinese mainland, please note that the shipments can only be released when China customs is provided with photocopies of immigration arrival stamps in the customer's passport, as well as all relevant documents.

    Effective beginning July 20th, please note that SF Express will charge a storage fee of 1 USD per kilogram per day, for any shipments that are stored at the customs gateway for more than 7 days.
